Address incomplete or wrong location provided
Solution: Update address in 'My Account' or contact support
No one available to receive the package
Solution: Delivery will be attempted again or held at local office
Location difficult to reach or restricted access
Solution: Customer may need to collect from nearest pickup point
Customer refused to accept delivery
Solution: Return shipping charges may apply

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time through the 'My Orders' section or using the tracking link provided.
Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support immediately at support@neelias.com or call us. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be held at the local courier office for 3-5 days. You'll receive instructions to either reschedule delivery or collect from the office.
Currently, we don't offer same-day delivery. However, our Express Delivery option ensures delivery within 2-3 business days for select metro cities.
No hidden charges! Standard delivery is FREE on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies. Express delivery costs ₹199 regardless of order value.
We package all items carefully. If you receive a damaged product, please don't accept it and inform our customer support immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
While we can't guarantee specific delivery dates, you can provide delivery instructions during checkout. Our courier partners will do their best to accommodate your preferences.
